New year, new project: Hi February 2025 issue!

Kitchens Bedrooms & Bathrooms magazine February 2025 issue

Say hello to the February issue of Kitchens Bedrooms & Bathrooms – out now! Here is what you can expect this month…

Because January and February are notoriously, stereotypically and usually the bleakest months, I’ve decided to bring out the ‘big guns’ feature-wise: kitchen trends, kitchen extensions, how to create the perfect bedroom-bathroom combo and the pros and cons of buying a doer-upper!

That’s right – the big guns. Perfect if you decided over the Christmas break that a renovation project, or a home refresh, is your main New Year’s resolution.

This month, we’re looking at the pros and cons of taking on a renovation project.

From bold reds to statement stone, we reveal the designs expected to be big this year.

Our commitment to you and your project

Speaking of New Year’s resolutions, I thought I’d share one of mine with you: I aim to keep producing a magazine of which I’m proud of every single page. A magazine which provides entertainment, advice, inspiration and community. Renovating can be extremely stressful, lonely and time consuming (been there, done that!).

So, I hope Kitchens Bedrooms & Bathrooms helps spread a little joy and excitement – each issue you get marks a monthly milestone of being just that bit closer to completing your project, while at the same time helping provide ideas for the finished design.

From side-return to rear to wraparound, here’s all you need to know to start designing your dream extension.

I also hope we are that friendly yet authoritative voice guiding you to discover things you were completely unaware of. Winning the lottery is another New Year’s resolution of mine; although, I suppose, this is more of a wish than an achievable goal?

Exciting new features

Alongside these mega-features are other fantastic articles for those who love all things interiors – from how to pick a paint brand to unpicking what it means to be a minimalist in 2025.

With so many paint brands on the market, how do you find the best one for you?

Warm or colourful, muted or ‘midi’ – we find out what minimalism looks like today.

And, of course, some gorgeous real homes to steal ideas from for your new project. I particularly love our cover home for this issue. I had the pleasure of styling it myself and meeting homeowner Rebecca, who has designed the space to be warm, comforting and (completely unintentionally) bang on trend, thanks to her gorgeous red kitchen cabinetry.

I really hope you enjoy the issue as much as I enjoyed putting it together,
