The July issue of KBB magazine is out now, which means it’s time for our monthly news roundup. Our cover is drenched in colour – take a peek here – and so are many of the latest launches in the interiors industry. Think emerald slipper baths, lavender lighting, and sage green furniture.
I know many of us are constantly looking for new ways and ideas to organise our spaces to perfection, so I had to include Keller Kitchens‘ new bespoke furniture in this issue. Designed for utility and laundry rooms, the range is available in a dreamy sage green shade and provides plenty of storage.
Moving onto darker greens, BC Designs has launched a new slipper bath, Penny. Painted in a rich emerald hue, it is ideal for injecting a pop of colour into your bathroom. So, if you’re team bath, you’re going to love this!
Next, luxury British blown glass studio Rothschild & Bickers has introduced two new colours to its Quartz collection of glass pendants and vases: rosy pink and lush lavender. And, they’re perfect for elevating your scheme.
In terms of bedroom news, designer sofa specialist Darlings of Chelsea has released four new bed designs. They come in a wide range of fabrics and feature scalloped, curved or slimline headboards.
Last, but certainly not least, why not update your al fresco set-up with Fibre‘s sisal-look EasyCare collection of floor coverings? Just picture this tactile solution in your outdoor dining or seating area – so pretty!
Now, let’s take a closer look at all of these exciting launches…
Utility cupboard ideas
Starting off with the storage ideas – Keller Kitchens has unveiled a collection of bespoke furniture. You can update your utility or laundry room with the help of these tall and wall units. The base cupboard are deep enough to house appliances, and you can choose from a selection of complementary interior fittings and handles to complete your design. And who doesn’t love calming sage green?
Outdoor rugs
Embrace the summer months with Fibre’s new sisal-look EasyCare collection. The textured floor covering is made from synthetic fibres to ensure it is low maintenance and hard-wearing. Plus, it can be used to create bespoke rugs and runners. It is suitable for use indoors or out, so you can create that seamless connection between the two areas.
Slipper bath ideas
Are you team bath? Then enjoy a hot bubbly soak with Penny – BC Designs’ new painted slipper bath. The moment I saw this vibrant green tub, I knew I had to include it in the Trending section of the July issue. It screams summer, in my opinion.
The best bit? It measures just 136cm, so it can fit into the most compact of spaces. Plus, you can customise the exterior of this freestanding bath and pick your dream colour.
New bed designs
Looking for ideas to refresh your bedroom? Designer sofa specialist Darlings of Chelsea has released four new beds. They are available in 170 fabrics and leathers, including recycled, easy-clean and stain-resistant fabrics.
The solutions are handmade in the UK, come in a range of sizes – from single to emperor – and feature scalloped, curved or slimline headboards. The prices start from £1721.
Colourful lighting ideas
Luxury British blown glass studio Rothschild & Bickers has introduced two new colours to its Quartz collection of glass pendants and vases. Rose is a cheerful pink while Amethyst is a serene lavender. They have been designed to look like natural crystalline formations and melting ice. The new Quartz pendant lights are priced from £605 each.
