There’s a lot of talk around bathrooms right now. And not only because it forms one of our ‘rooms’ here here at These Three Rooms, but because bathrooms are big news. Since we were faced with the disruption of lockdown and all the uncertainties that came with it (and still do), we’ve come to realise that the bathroom is one of the few spaces in our homes where we can get true peace and quiet behind a locked door. So the conversation has quickly turned to spa bathroom designs – the ultimate home bathroom and the ideal place to unwind and enjoy that me-time we all so need.

Have you spent more time in the shower on a morning because you don’t have to dash out the door so quickly, or found a new enjoyment for a long, hot bath at the end of the day? I have certainly taken to spending more time perfecting a skin routine and enjoying aromatherapy mists and candles as the sun sets.
