The October issue of Kitchens Bedrooms & Bathrooms is out now! We’ve got some exciting features lined up for you â here’s what you can expect inside…
As I grow older, Iâm becoming less fond of the summer months and appreciate autumn more (parenting toddlers when itâs over 25°C is not easy). I love the colours of this season, the clothes, the things that now come âspicedâ, and the dates in the calendar â Halloween and Bonfire Night being two of my favourite events of the year. So, although I bitterly begrudge how quickly weâve got here, Iâm excited that October (at least, the October issue of KBB) has arrived. The magazine is packed full of features that are themselves packed full of advice, tips and inspiration â from our fun pick ânâ mix kitchen feature to bathroom zones and bedroom ideas.
Create your dream kitchen moodboard
If youâre like me and have a penchant for arts and crafts, this issue is for you. Our âpick ânâ mixâ kitchen feature sees us mixing and matching the main components of a design, from cabinets to taps, with the hopes youâll get cutting and sticking to create the beginnings of your perfect kitchen moodboard.
Youâll also catch me and the team creating our own dream designs on our Instagram page, @kbbmagazine. Please share yours with us too!
And weâve got plenty of other features you can steal inspiration from â including statement kitchen extraction, the journey of stone worktops, and The Great British Bake Off-inspired appliances.
Renovation ideas and inspiration
A number of other articles will help you on your renovation journey, too. From bathroom zones to clever bedroom ideas, not forgetting our gorgeous real projects. These include a dramatic, inspiring kitchen design in a Grade I listed Palladian country house (which Napoleon III lived in for 18 months) to the total transformation of a Bristol terrace.
And I particularly love our cover home. The kitchen includes a beautiful mix of mid-century pieces (very big right now), contemporary glazing and a bold, waterfall island. Simply gorgeous!
Enjoy the issue,
